    Whenever we listen we are internally judging, good, bad, yes, no, accepting, rejecting. All of this, it says in a course in miracles, is a product of the illusion of separation. I feel like the course is written as a sharp compliment to a thinker like Marcus Aurelius. He was a practical man obviously, whereas the course is a call for teachers much like himself. You might be interested in reading it sometime if you haven’t Nara!

      Yes he followed the stoicism philosophy. I think it is a good philosophy for people who’ve struggled dangerously with their emotions. This book help me to let some anger go.
